collectiv sinon

Founded in 2026 by Leonie Fritsch and Anna-Tia Buss, the SINON collective creates spaces for reflection at the intersection of visual arts, music, and performance. Their debut work, Swept Away by the Undertow, combines their complementary expertise in composition and photography.

Both artists met through the Master’s program in Transdisciplinary Studies in the Arts at ZHdK Zurich.

Leonie Fritsch — Composer and art director working at the intersection of composition and staging. Her work focuses on the interplay of music, language, and movement. She explores relationships between audiovisual media, performers, and audiences through cross-disciplinary practices. Her practice rethinks the construction of performative space and the power relations embedded within it.

Anna-Tia Buss — German-Swiss photographer and visual artist exploring body politics, social relevance, and ways of relating. Her practice extends beyond photography into multimedia installations combining video, sound, and immersive environments. Collaboration is central to her work, challenging traditional authorship through collective storytelling.

Their work has been exhibited nationally and internationally.
